Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear analytical questions, metrics, and data-driven solutions
Conduct end-to-end analysis of revenue performance, customer behavior, funnels, retention, churn, and operational efficiency
Identify trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and growth opportunities, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Develop and maintain reliable, reusable data models and datasets using SQL and dbt
Build and improve Tableau dashboards that enable effective performance monitoring and business decision-making
Ensure data accuracy by validating calculations, investigating discrepancies, and monitoring data quality
Take ownership of analytical projects - from requirements gathering and methodology design to implementation and presentation of results
Collaborate with other analysts and cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and share knowledge across the analytics function
Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis while proactively identifying opportunities for deeper, scalable analytical solutions

Requirements

2+ years in a Data Analyst or BI Analyst, or similar role
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
Hands-on experience with Tableau
Experience building dashboards, automated reporting, and reusable analytical datasets
Understanding of business metrics, data validation, descriptive statistics, and analytical methodologies
Experience conducting end-to-end analysis: from gathering requirements and defining methodology to presenting conclusions and recommendations
Ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
At least Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
Strong analytical and structured thinking
Ownership and the ability to work independently
Proactive approach and genuine curiosity about business processes
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely
Focus on actionable insights and business impact rather than reporting alone
Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
