Responsibilities

Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for blog articles, social media posts, marketing materials, and product announcements.
Create motion graphics and short animations for social media campaigns when needed.
Develop brand-aligned visual concepts to enhance storytelling and user engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce high-impact visuals that align with branding and messaging.
Optimize graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and high quality across all assets.
Stay updated on the latest design trends in Web3, DeFi, and blockchain to create innovative and relevant content.
Assist in the creation of UI/UX assets for product branding when necessary.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Artist, or Visual Designer in a tech, fintech, or Web3 company.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.
Experience creating engaging social media graphics, blog visuals, and digital marketing content.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while meeting deadlines.
