We're looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead an enterprise-scale SIEM migration and implementation program. If you have a strong background in SIEM engineering, Security Operations, and detection engineering, and enjoy designing scalable security monitoring solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SIEM migration and implementation
- Design scalable log collection, parsing, normalization, and correlation architectures
- Migrate log sources, dashboards, alerts, detections, reports, and integrations
- Develop and optimize detection rules, threat hunting queries, and security analytics
- Collaborate with SOC, Infrastructure, Cloud, Identity, and Engineering teams
- Drive testing, validation, cutover planning, and production go-live
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of SIEM Engineering / Security Operations experience
- Experience leading enterprise-scale SIEM migrations or greenfield deployments
- Expertise in log management, detection engineering, threat detection, and incident response
- Hands-on experience integrating identity, endpoint, cloud, firewall, DNS, proxy, DLP, and application logs
- Strong Python, PowerShell, and API automation skills
- Solid understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and the Cyber Kill Chain
Nice to have
- Experience in large global enterprise environments
- SOC transformation and cloud security experience
- Certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GIAC, or equivalent
