As a Principal iOS Engineer, you will ensure that our SDK remains cutting edge, elegantly converting strangers into trusted users. You will combine mobile native technologies with ML and CV, switching between software development, architecture, business requirements gathering, and collaboration with machine learning experts. Our team has already delivered a mobile SDK solution trusted by over 100 million users, and you’ll join us to make it even better.
Responsibilities
- Further development and architecture of core products (mainly native iOS SDK, sometimes end-user-facing customer applications, cross-platform deliveries, etc.)
- Take ownership in delivering new functionality and fixes from idea creation through design to public release
- Write clean, readable, and well-documented code, understanding that changes impact hundreds of well-known App Store applications and millions of daily unique end-users
- Participate in resolving issues together with customers
- Collaborate with the whole R&D team and the entire company to build features that matter
- Manage your own work by organizing time, prioritizing tasks, and taking ownership of topics
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in developing iOS applications in Swift
- Strong understanding of software design patterns as well as iOS specifics
- Capable of working on large-scale projects
- Obsessive in delivering quality software
- Business-driven and result-oriented individual
- Effective communication & collaboration skills (working in a distributed, high-performing team)
- Experience with CI/CD
- Test Automation - writing Unit and Integration tests
- Android basics and architecture
- Experience with Digital Identities or PII
- Track record of developing SDKs/Frameworks

- Experience with Cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Cordova)
