The role focuses on delivering intuitive, accessible, and consistent digital experiences across global web journeys. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end UI/UX design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs Improve usability, navigation, and information architecture across web journeys Ensure accessibility compliance aligned to WCAG standards Use analytics insights for continuous UX improvements Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI components Collaborate with marketing, content, and technology teams Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders Required Skills Strong experience in UX/UI design for web platforms Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) Strong understanding of usability, user psychology, and design thinking Experience with analytics-driven design and A/B testing Good to Have Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Exposure to personalization and AI-led UX
