As a Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of developing next-generation AI solutions, working with multifunctional teams to solve complex challenges for our Fortune 500 clients across Technology, Media, Pharma, CPG, and Banking sectors. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and other deep learning architectures.
Conduct research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and machine learning.
Collaborate closely with business domain experts and technical teams to translate client requirements into robust, scalable AI solutions.
Process, cleanse, and analyse large-scale datasets to train, fine-tune, and validate sophisticated models.
Evaluate model performance, conduct rigorous testing, and iterate on solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Contribute to the enhancement of C5i’s proprietary suite of AI products, solutions, and accelerators.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in the field of Generative AI and share knowledge with the wider team.

Requirements

Proven commercial experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, with a strong focus on Generative AI.
In-depth understanding of deep learning frameworks, particularly transformers, GANs, and VAEs.
Hands-on proficiency with Python and essential data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Strong practical experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
Demonstrable experience in developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated machine learning services.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

A PhD is advantageous.
