This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Bilaspur. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote ORA Makers’ real estate services and listings, managing social media channels, creating engaging digital content, monitoring web analytics, optimizing campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility, coordinating with sales and operations teams, tracking performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and staying updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experience in video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar software
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design tools.
- Ability to work from the Bilaspur office and coordinate with internal teams.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media management.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
