Share common objectives of availability and performance of the production with the development teams
Anticipate and keep under control the SLO (Service Level Objectives) risks and impacts of the Active’s Services related to operations within his scope by:
– Integrating and participating from the beginning of the project scoping phases and future developments
– Having an end-to-end view of all impacting operations of the perimeter (incidents, releases, changes, obsolescence, etc.)
– Developing resilience by automating the processes and strongly equipping operations to reduce the risk of mistakes
– Increasing controls at source and minimize the impact of breakdowns on the user experience
– Using daily, data and performance indicators to operate (automatically or, failing that, manually)
– Reacting quickly in case of incident, and prioritizing development platforms to increase its resilience
– Developing constantly the knowledge and share it with her/his team or the members of the SRE guild in the case of an IT offering service
– Adopting a following-up approach of the production unavailability budget (error budget) to ensure a balance between the breakdown risks due to exchange rates and the availability of services
Escalating proposals to improve application production services as part of a continuous improvement process
Identifying best practices and sharing them within your entity and within the Group
Ensuring that up-to-date and validated installation and operating documentation is available
Providing the team with the right expertise / production services

Facilitating solution deployment
Maintain the production platform’s availability, integrity, resilience and quality by defining and monitoring service-level objectives (SLOs) that reflect relevant trade and customer indicators
Rebuild services when incidents occur using appropriate resources
Foster a DevOps culture that collaborates closely with development and operations teams to anticipate the impact of planned changes
Incorporate operational constraints early, and ensure proper monitoring, alerting and visual score-cards that reflect user-experience health for informed decision-making
Drive continuous improvement through the identification and prioritisation of automation and industrialisation pathways
Create maintainable automation scripts, and agile-aligned development practices to optimise resilience, performance and cost
Manage security, obsolescence and non-conformities, securing budgeted remediation in coordination with production and IT business lines
Contribute to the community by producing training documentation, reusable learning content and analytical post-mortems
