We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience to own the design of consumer-facing digital experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and leadership teams to create intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences across mobile and web products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced product environment, and has previously designed applications used at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle—from user research and discovery to production-ready designs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design clean, modern, and engaging interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Work closely with engineering teams during implementation to ensure design quality and pixel-perfect execution.
- Continuously improve product experiences using user insights, analytics, and usability best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, interaction patterns, and consumer product best practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Proven experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications with more than 100,000 downloads or a large active user base.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work from concept to launch.
- Expertise in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, visual design principles, typography, and layout.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces across mobile and web platforms.
- Ability to simplify complex user flows into intuitive, frictionless experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of visual craftsmanship.
