Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven expertise in UX/UI design and proficiency with Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product design projects
- Experience communicating complex design concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Familiarity with industry best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design
- Ability to analyze and critique designs with a critical, constructive mindset
- Capacity to work autonomously and efficiently in a remote, asynchronous setting
- Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week

- Previous engagement in AI-related projects or familiarity with data annotation processes
