Design beautiful and intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications. You'll lead the design process from research to final implementation, working closely with developers and product managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process for web and mobile products
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
- Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Stay current with design trends and best practices
- Mentor junior designers and provide design reviews
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
Nice to have
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience designing for SaaS products
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
