The UI/UX Designer at Amura Marketing will create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications, conducting research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and collaborating with product and development teams. The role includes maintaining design systems, staying current with UI/UX trends, ensuring accessibility, conducting usability testing, and applying generative AI insights where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use this data to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing design.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are implemented accurately and align with the overall project goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies and incorporate them into design work.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
- Ensure that all designs are accessible and adhere to best practices in accessibility standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 - 3 Years
- Location: Pune (On-Site)
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Understanding of generative AI technologies and tools.
