Role overview
This position is the single point of contact for identified system(s) and assumes overall responsibility and ownership of all assigned Systems for Sales – managing the execution of various projects on an ongoing basis. Additionally, the role exercises budgetary control over the number of projects/hours spent under each System and is responsible for Commercial Management, Vendor Management, Market Evaluation of new solutions, Solution and design management, Project management, and Management of Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for identified system(s) and assume overall responsibility and ownership of all assigned Systems for Sales.
- Manage the execution of various projects on an ongoing basis.
- Exercise budgetary control over the number of projects/hours spent under each System.
- Handle Commercial Management.
- Handle Vendor Management.
- Conduct Market Evaluation of new solutions.
- Oversee Solution and design management.
- Perform Project management.
- Manage Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives.
- Review high-level deliverables across projects.
- Highlight and escalate delays and issues at appropriate levels.
- Implement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with the contract.
- Minimize risk and share best practices across multiple projects – identify and mitigate project risks.
- Review the status reports of systems across projects and address issues as appropriate.
- Compile with and enforce standard policies and procedures of the department and organization.
- Ensure compliance with organization and statutory guidelines/regulations and participate in audit reviews.
- Provide monthly reporting to stakeholders using dashboards and reports.
- Serve as key participant in team.
- Effectively communicate relevant project/practice information to superiors and peers in other practices.
- Monitor user issues and ensure system stability in production.
- Manage day-to-day stakeholder interaction and expectations for multiple or large‑scale projects.
- Manage the responsibilities outlined in Agreement & Statement of Work.
- Manage amendments to SOW, Service Level Exhibits, Annexure, Estimation Models, etc.
- Periodically review agreements.
- Review the solution design of major projects.
- Validate the infrastructure requirements to meet the scalability and robustness of the solution required by the business.
- Provide inputs to the architecture and system design in accordance with the current technology footprint and future requirements.
- Provide inputs and validate the integration requirements to ensure that there are no points of failure.
