- Customer-Centric Building: Partner with product managers and get in front of customers to understand their pain points and turn those insights into delightful product experiences.
- Agentic Development: Lean into agentic workflows to amplify your judgment, speed up implementation, and maintain a high quality bar.
- Collaborate and Mentor: Work within a high-performing team to tackle shared platform problems while coaching others on how to get the most out of AI tooling.
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek ways to refine our engineering culture, values, and processes to ensure we never settle for "good enough".
- Operational Excellence: Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident responses, using advanced tools for logging, monitoring, and debugging to ensure system reliability.
Requirements
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Hands‑on experience building full‑stack applications; comfortable across the stack and eager to learn specific technologies such as React, TypeScript, Ruby, .NET/C#.
- Data Modeling: Familiarity with relational and non‑relational databases, experience writing queries, and a strong interest in structuring and evolving data models.
- Growth Mindset: A fierce desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges, whether new processes, technologies, or products.
- Reliability & Quality: Deep commitment to building resilient systems; prioritize robust testing, thorough automation, and proactive monitoring to ensure reliable and stable releases.
- AI‑Native Operations: Treat LLMs and agentic tools as core parts of your toolkit for research, planning, and implementation.
- Curiosity: Genuine curiosity about customers’ day‑to‑day work and a desire to let their needs steer technical decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to shift gears as priorities change and thrive in a “get‑it‑done” environment.
