As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging experiences for users across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs and translating them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final product implementation.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability findings.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implement design solutions that enhance user experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design to continually improve design quality and innovation.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the user remains at the forefront of all design decisions.
- Communicate design rationale and strategy to stakeholders and team members effectively.
Requirements
- 3.0-7.0 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency with Figma.
