We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can drive the end-to-end design process, conduct stakeholder workshops, and create intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate should be able to transform business requirements into engaging user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and design workshops with stakeholders and business teams.
- Create user journey maps, personas, information architecture (IA), and user flows.
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive clickable prototypes.
- Develop user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
- Prepare design specifications and handoff documentation for development teams.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, usability, and best UX practices across products.
- Gather feedback and iterate designs based on user and stakeholder input.

Requirements
- Strong experience in UI/UX Design.
- Expertise in Figma (preferred) or similar design tools.
- Experience creating User Journey Maps.
- Experience creating Information Architecture (IA).
- Experience creating User Flows.
- Experience creating Wireframes.
- Experience creating High-Fidelity Mockups.
- Experience creating Clickable Prototypes.
- Experience creating Design Systems & Component Libraries.
- Strong understanding of usability principles and user-centered design.
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
