Responsibilities
- Drive and implement the data privacy framework
- Develop Learning Module for privacy awareness
- Maintain awareness of privacy among employees
- Explore privacy enabling technologies
- Integrate privacy checks with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Ensure third‑party contract compliance with privacy requirements
- Evaluate privacy tools
- Perform privacy tool evaluation for processes such as PII inventory, DFD, DPIA, grievance handling, and Right to Nominate
- Define privacy function Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and track privacy KPIs
- Track Data Subject request turnaround time (TAT) and ensure timely fulfillment
- Adhere to data subject rights request fulfillment standards
- Monitor the consent process
- Deploy privacy consent across all digital assets and collaborate with teams for branch implementation
- Run privacy TPRM activities
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
