UI/UX Designer

About the Role We are looking for a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our product and design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, visual design, and modern design systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to identify user needs and pain points. Create user personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and user flows. Design wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes. Create visually appealing UI designs aligned with brand guidelines. Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries. Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback. Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions within project timelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas. Optimize user experience by analyzing user behavior and product analytics. Required Skills & QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design. Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications. Technical Skills Proficiency in Figma (Mandatory) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Adobe XD (Good to have) Sketch (Good to have) Prototyping and Wireframing Design Systems Responsive Design Information Architecture Interaction Design User Research Usability Testing Accessibility (WCAG) Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
