About Runo: Runo is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company offering a SIM-based Call Management CRM that helps businesses track, manage, and optimize their calling operations. Our product enables sales and support teams with better visibility, improved productivity, and smarter decision-making. Role Overview We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to enhance the usability and experience of our product. This role involves designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and improving overall product experience by working closely with product, engineering, and business teams. Key Responsibilities Design clean, intuitive, and user-centric UI for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Knowledge and Usage of design system, Figma variables Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience. Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into design solutions. Ensure consistency in design systems, components, and branding. Optimize existing UI/UX based on user feedback and data insights. Work on improving overall user journey and product usability. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. Tools & Technologies Design Tools: Figma, Canva Basic understanding of HTML, CSS (preferred). Requirements 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking. Good understanding of user-centered design principles. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Strong attention to detail and aesthetics. Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience working on SaaS products or dashboards. Familiarity with CRM or B2B tools is a plus. Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
