The role is to define, architect, and lead the delivery of machine learning and AI solutions. It focuses on demand and revenue generation while managing talent and building capabilities within the team.
Responsibilities
- Support Go-To-Market strategy by contributing to development solutions and proof of concepts aligned to key offerings to enable solution-led sales.
- Collaborate with colleges and institutes for research initiatives and provide data science courses.
- Develop machine learning and deep learning models for decision augmentation or automation solutions.
- Collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers, and IT to evaluate ML deployment options.
- Manage talent, including onboarding and training to enhance capability and effectiveness.
- Deliver performance metrics: demand generation measured by PoCs supported; revenue generation measured by timeliness, customer success stories, and use cases; capability building measured by skills acquired.

- 3-5 years of experience.
