The UI/UX Designer will design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces and craft seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders in a dynamic, user‑centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern UI/UX best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a UI/UX Designer (mandatory).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user flows.
- Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of responsive design and design systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front‑end development concepts.
