Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end quality assurance checks on computer-based examinations using Pearson proprietary tools, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance with defined quality standards.
- Execute test plans and validate exam content by utilizing internal applications, XML/HTML-based tools, Microsoft Excel, and reporting systems to identify, document, and track quality issues.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of exam functionality, navigation, scoring, and user experience, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and are ready for successful deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality concerns, provide detailed feedback, and support the timely resolution of defects while maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Manage assigned quality assurance activities by prioritizing tasks, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and process compliance.
