Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end design tasks including requirement understanding, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and developers to translate requirements into usable and visually appealing design solutions.
Own feature-level or module-level design work under guidance from senior designers or leads.
Clearly explain design decisions and user journeys to team members and stakeholders.
Iterate designs based on feedback, usability inputs, and evolving requirements.
Transform conceptual ideas into practical UI solutions aligned with design standards.
Requirements
3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, working on digital products across web and/or mobile platforms.
Strong UI design skills supported by a solid portfolio, demonstrating user flows, visual design, and problem-solving capability.
Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma.
Experience applying UX best practices, including responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Familiarity with user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
Strong collaboration mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
Nice to have
Experience with Sketch, Axure, or similar tools.
Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and workflows (e.g., AI for wireframing, content generation, UX exploration, or design QA).
Willingness to use AI to improve design efficiency, explore alternatives faster, and enhance design quality.
Basic understanding of how AI-driven insights (heatmaps, usability signals, user behavior patterns) can support design decisions.
