We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Consultant – Network Services to deliver enterprise networking, security, and Zero Trust implementations for Cloudflare customers. In this customer-facing role, you will lead technical discovery, solution design, deployment, migration, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle. In addition to project delivery, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies, reusable assets, and service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery workshops.
- Gather business and technical requirements.
- Recommend architecture aligned with customer objectives.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout project delivery.
- Deliver enterprise implementation and migration projects.
- Configure Cloudflare Network Services solutions.
- Execute production deployments and cutovers.
- Validate implementations.
- Support post-deployment stabilization activities.
- Produce high-quality implementation documentation including: High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Migration Plans, Test Plans, Runbooks, Implementation Guides, As-Built Documentation.
- Deploy and support technologies including: Content Delivery Network (CDN), DDoS Protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Load Balancing, DNS Services, Reverse Proxy, Forward Proxy, API Security, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot: BGP, GRE Tunnels, IPSec, MPLS, SD-WAN, NetFlow, sFlow, IPv4 / IPv6, Routing & Switching, Layer 3 / Layer 4 Networking.
- Develop reusable deployment templates and delivery assets.
- Support service offering enhancements.
- Create implementation best practices and technical documentation.
- Assist with delivery enablement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership on continuous service improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Network Consulting, Security Engineering, or Enterprise Networking.
- Experience delivering customer-facing implementation and migration projects.
- Strong understanding of Internet architecture and networking fundamentals.
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise network security solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Networking: TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, Routing, Switching, IPv4, IPv6.
- Network Services: CDN, DDoS Protection, WAF, Load Balancing, Reverse Proxy, Forward Proxy, Zero Trust & Security: ZTNA, SASE, VPN, NGFW, CASB, DLP, Email Security.
- Routing & Connectivity: BGP, MPLS, GRE, IPSec, SD-WAN, NetFlow, sFlow.
- Automation: REST APIs, Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).

- Experience with one or more of the following: Cloudflare, Akamai, F5, Imperva, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, AWS, Azure.
- Preferred Certifications: CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, CCIE, CISSP, PCNSE, JNCIP, AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate.
