Job Summary Responsibilities: Leading and mentoring a team of experienced engineers, fostering an inclusive culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning Overseeing the planning and design of software and web applications, ensuring alignment with strategic business initiatives Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, set timelines, and maintain communication for efficient workflows Managing software design and application updates, coordinating roll-outs and ensuring enhancements meet technical specifications Implementing key performance indicators for development processes, advocating for best practices to improve efficiency and product quality Managing deliverables across the team, ensuring adherence to deadlines, specifications, and budgets while mentoring staff for professional growth Monitoring industry technological developments, evaluating external products, and ensuring the team's knowledge is up-to-date Developing proposals, software changes, and managing capital expenditure projects to drive innovation and operational excellence Managing a range of stakeholders, including leadership, and leading on cross-project communications Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
