Role overview

The Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) is a global organization responsible for delivering best-in-class digital customer experiences worldwide. The Enterprise Communication Delivery (ECD) team, part of ECMX, focuses on transitioning the POD communications platform to an in-house POA platform for servicing communications. As an Apprentice, you will assist in achieving delivery targets for communications to the Raven POA platform, including Paper, Email, SMS, and Mobile App PUSH Notifications.

Responsibilities

Design and manage letter, email, PUSH, and SMS building phases for business partner communication needs.
Lead the requirements phase and provide test data support to drive efficiencies in the current business process.
Collaborate with Communication Developers during the build phase for data-related support.
