Role overview

ASHRA TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full‑time Data Engineer. The role involves architecting scalable financial data systems by engineering robust cloud‑native pipelines.

Responsibilities

Architect scalable financial data systems.
Engineer robust cloud‑native pipelines.
Build and run data pipelines in production.
Utilize Databricks or similar distributed data processing platforms.
Work with AWS data services and cloud‑native platforms.
Apply data modeling and data quality approaches.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in hands‑on data engineering roles.
Proven experience building and running data pipelines in production.
Experience in financial services.
Proficient in SQL, Python, Java, Spark, and advanced SQL.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Spark.
Strong data engineering skills using Databricks.
Hands‑on experience with AWS data services and cloud‑native platforms.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable data architectures.
Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality approaches.
English – conversational.
