Responsibilities
- Own projects end to end with high ownership, leading cross-functional teams
- Leverage data analytics to identify patterns, anomalies, and correlations in large datasets
- Build business dashboards on Databricks and business intelligence tools like Tableau
- Design and conduct A/B experiments to measure business impact of initiatives
- Build and execute user growth strategies by using data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Build forecasting models to predict user growth
- Identify new growth opportunities and scalable levers
- Prepare high-impact presentations for senior management
- Use first principles to identify and solve business problems
Requirements
- Tier 1 acads: graduates with up to 2 years of experience in business analytics or post-graduates with up to 1 year of experience in analytics
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
- Advanced analytical skills and deep comfort with metrics and data analysis & reporting
- Experience working closely with Product and Data teams
- Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
Nice to have
- Experience in B2C retention and engagement in a high-growth startup or digital-first company
- Experience with tools like Clevertap and Mixpanel
- AI automation experience
