The AM - Finance role on Meesho's BizFin team is responsible for developing and maintaining robust financial plans, driving financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support evolving business requirements, and providing strategic advice to management. The BizFin team is a high-performing group of Chartered Accountants, business specialists, and former investment bankers from Big 4 consulting firms, FMCG companies, and leading investment firms, focused on solving complex, high-impact business problems across Meesho's ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust financial plans
- Ensure effective execution of financial plans
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support evolving business requirements
- Adapt financial plans and budgets in line with changing business strategies and priorities
- Provide financial support and strategic advice to management on a day-to-day basis
- Assist in closing business deals
- Work across multiple business areas (cross-functional exposure)
