QpiAI India Limited is seeking a highly motivated HR Executive who is passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence to transform HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and management background and will work on AI‑driven recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing platforms and recruitment tools to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
- Utilize AI tools to screen resumes, analyze candidate profiles, and generate candidate assessments for hiring teams.
- Create AI-assisted job descriptions, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding content.
- Use AI-driven analytics to track recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and talent pipeline effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.
- Utilize generative AI tools to improve candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow‑up processes.
- Support onboarding activities by creating AI-generated learning materials, welcome kits, and employee documentation.
- Implement AI-based employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback analysis programs.
- Use AI tools to automate HR documentation, record management, and operational workflows.
- Analyze workforce data using AI-powered insights to support talent planning and decision‑making.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and HRTech platforms to improve organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption across HR functions.
- Ensure ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI within HR processes.
- Continuously experiment with and recommend innovative AI applications to enhance employee and candidate experiences.
Requirements
- BE/BTech degree (mandatory).
- MBA in Human Resources or related specialization (mandatory).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, HR Technology, and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in AI productivity tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Nice to have
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI‑driven recruitment and HR analytics.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
