SmartPropFirm is building a complete ecosystem for prop traders, combining deals, tools, and education into one platform. We are looking for a Lead Designer to own design across product, brand, and growth. This is a high ownership role where you will define how SmartPropFirm looks, feels, and converts.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve product interfaces, tools, and user flows
- Create high quality visuals for landing pages, emails, and campaigns
- Shape and evolve the visual identity
- Design creatives for ads, social, and launches
- Work closely with product and growth to improve conversion and UX
- Maintain consistency across all touchpoints
- Build and improve design systems
Requirements
- Strong portfolio with modern, high quality work
- Experience designing for web products and digital platforms
- Strong understanding of UI, UX, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to balance aesthetics with performance and conversion
- Comfort working in a fast paced startup environment
- High ownership and ability to execute independently
- Attention to detail and strong design taste
