We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a user-first mindset, and hands-on experience designing modern, responsive web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging web interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture based on user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and reusable UI components.
- Conduct usability reviews and continuously improve user experience based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Strong experience designing responsive websites and web applications.
- Solid understanding of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Good knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- A fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and design trends.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, website designs, and end-to-end design processes.
