In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This project presents a unique opportunity for experienced design professionals to leverage their UX/UI skills in a forward-looking, AI-driven initiative, all from the flexibility of a remote environment.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in UX/UI design methodologies, with a substantial portfolio demonstrating user-centered work across web and mobile platforms
- Advanced experience with Figma, including prototyping and design system management
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics for data-driven design decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clear documentation and constructive feedback
- Experience working on agile, cross-functional projects as an independent contributor or consultant
- Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in designing for AI-driven products or digital experiences (nice to have, not required)
