As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Dipole Tech Innovations (OPC) Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online visibility, attract target audiences, and drive engagement across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and target audience demographics.
- Manage and optimize various digital channels, including but not limited to company website, social media platforms, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and multimedia content (e.g., videos, infographics).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, analyze data insights, and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and design, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to company guidelines in all digital marketing communications and assets.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to digital marketing practices, privacy laws, data protection, etc., and ensure adherence to relevant policies and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor Degree Must
- Experience: 1-2 years
Nice to have
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) a plus.
