We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, paid advertising, content strategy, and analytics. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns while working closely with designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Create and manage social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create engaging content.
- Write compelling captions, ad copies, website content, blogs, and promotional content.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
- Generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Manage client social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct hashtag research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Assist in planning content shoots and campaign concepts.
- Manage website content updates using WordPress or similar CMS.
- Execute basic SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
- Manage Google Business Profile and local SEO activities.
- Support email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Create lead generation campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate with sales and client servicing teams to understand campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI tools, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time while maintaining high quality standards.

Nice to have

- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or an Advertising Agency.
- Experience handling multiple brands.
- Knowledge of WordPress or Shopify.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Google Workspace, or marketing automation tools.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar productivity tools.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or SEMrush are a plus.
- Basic video editing knowledge is an added advantage.
