The Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer role is responsible for the operations of secure and highly available eDiscovery platforms, servers, and networks. They install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the client’s operating environment, ensuring ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the infrastructure. This includes monitoring eDiscovery systems, problem-solving, and planning for growth. The role requires good communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, as well as maintaining relevant training and certifications. The scope includes responsibility for upgrade activities of eDiscovery applications. This is a fully remote role with potential travel based on client needs, currently hiring in the USA, Poland, and India only.
Responsibilities
- Implementation and Support of eDiscovery applications and supporting infrastructure
- eDiscovery software support, with the ability to triage and route calls to appropriate parties
- Assisting Application Support Engineers with application issues; employing root cause analysis
- Ensuring client environments adhere to System Requirements as outlined by the George Jon best practices
- Maintaining client environments across George Jon’s global footprint
- Developing in-depth knowledge of George Jon’s offerings and how it relates to the customer’s needs
- Assisting Team Members and/or providing escalation support
- Creating and editing documentation of internal processes and procedures
- Communicating with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
- Entering all work as service tickets into ConnectWise; managing and logging all time and expenses
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Relativity, NUIX, and LAW software platforms
- Windows Server 2012 and above Administration

- Firewall Administration (SonicWALL preferred)
- Advanced Networking
- Virtualization administration (VMWare preferred)
- Storage (SAN, NAS, DAS)
- Cisco routing and switching; Force10 a plus
- Dell Hardware and Software experience
- Ticket management; issue tracking, change log management
- Understanding of the EDRM Framework
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team, and while working independently
- Ability to embrace a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure, environment and thrive while handling multiple projects/issues

- Relativity Infrastructure Specialist or Relativity Certified Administrator
- Ability to travel internationally
