We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer to build intelligent AI solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and classical machine learning techniques. The role focuses on developing agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and data-driven models to solve real business problems.
Responsibilities
- Build LLM-powered agents using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph
- Develop multi-agent workflows and tool-integrated AI systems
- Design and implement RAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, context generation)
- Apply machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques to structured and unstructured data
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
- Work with SQL and PySpark for data extraction and transformation
- Evaluate model and LLM performance and iterate to improve results
Requirements
- 4–8+ years in Data Science / AI Engineering
- Strong foundation in: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Statistics & Probability, Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Hands-on experience with: LangChain / LangGraph, RAG pipelines and embeddings, Multi-agent systems / agentic AI
- Strong data skills: SQL, PySpark, Data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Programming: Proficiency in Python
- Strong experience with conversational AI and RAG pipelines is a must
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work on end-to-end AI use cases (from data to model to insight)
- Practical mindset with focus on impact over complexity
Nice to have
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation and prompt engineering
- Experience working on real-world AI/ML use cases
