Invesco is hiring candidates for the role of Business Trainee in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This full-time position is part of the Pay After Placement Training Program, offering candidates the opportunity to be placed in top MNCs. The role involves supporting Core Compliance areas, contributing to global initiatives, and collaborating with teams to drive business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Fulfil requirements and meet goals and benchmarks set out at the start of the Business Leadership Program
- Supports one or more areas within Core Compliance such as policy monitoring (employee personal trading, gifts, entertainment, and others), data analytics, management reporting, training administration, regulatory reporting and monitoring activities, marketing compliance, operational support
- Contribute to firm’s global initiatives and programs relating to process improvements, enhancing automation, process standardization across countries, improved analytics, and others
- Provide perspective to the management on relevant issues backed by data driven insights
- Effectively collaborate with different teams and local/global stakeholders to drive business priorities
- Coordinate, organize and prioritize operations or projects with a special focus on results
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Finance (2024 Batch)
- No current backlogs
- 60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course
- Good analytical skills and superb attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High standards of ethics and integrity with strong emphasis on compliance with rules/regulations
