The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to promote L’empire Builders’ services and projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media profiles, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and engaging with online audiences to build brand awareness. The specialist will analyze web and campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to increase reach, leads, and conversions. Collaboration with design, sales, and project teams is expected to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of ongoing and completed projects.
Responsibilities
- Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to promote L’empire Builders’ services and projects

Requirements
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign planning, content promotion, and audience engagement
- Solid Digital Marketing skills, including hands-on experience with paid campaigns, SEO basics, and lead generation strategies
- Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on measurable results
- Clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and interacting with prospective clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or interior design marketing
- Familiarity with design and content tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing)
