We are seeking a Network Engineer to deploy switches, routers, and firewalls based on the Solution Deployment Document. The ideal candidate should have advanced troubleshooting skills and experience with OEM-agnostic, heterogeneous deployments.
Responsibilities
- Deploy switches, routers, and firewalls based on the Solution Deployment Document.
- Provide day-to-day customer support.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Conduct site surveys.
- Prepare project documentation (including Scope of Work, site prerequisites, and handover documents).
- Travel within Kolkata and outside for customer support and installations.
Requirements
- Must be a Graduate.
- 3-4 years of relevant field experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with OEM-agnostic, heterogeneous deployments.
- Proficiency in designing, deploying, and maintaining LAN, WAN, wireless, and security solutions.
- Experience with multiple OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, HPE-Aruba, Extreme Networks, Fortinet, Check Point, and Palo Alto Networks.
- Technical certifications must be completed as per company policies.
- Cisco/Juniper and security any certification and knowledge of Networking (Switching, Routing & Security).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
