Role overview
Being part of Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team as Cluster Head MM places you at the forefront of shaping the experience for India's next billion e-commerce users. The role involves owning onboarding, training, and operations for the Ludhiana cluster, driving key metrics, and improving processes through stakeholder collaboration and ground-level facility visits. The team is a diverse group of 100+ professionals tackling 'zero-to-one' projects to reimagine logistics and supply chain for e-commerce, with a culture that emphasizes fun, innovation, and first-principles problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding and training of partners
- Manage operations for the entire Ludhiana cluster
- Drive key operational metrics by regularly visiting partner facilities in different cities in your area
- Take complete ownership of processes allotted to you
- Work with various stakeholders to achieve team goals
- Continuously identify gaps and provide recommendations for improving processes
